Training Philosophy

Contemporary and jazz dance at Outline is grounded in real technique. We expose students to multiple professional influences and choreographic styles to develop well-rounded dancers. Corrections are delivered directly and clearly. We encourage questions and cultivate curiosity about movement.

Examinations and Performance

Contemporary and jazz students can sit for AIDT examinations and participate in our competition programme. Our dancers regularly perform at provincial and national competitions, and our annual show features contemporary and jazz pieces across all levels.
